I offer free tracked standard shipping. If you are in a hurry, I recommend selecting express shipping option at checkout.

Local pickup is also possible for Slovenian customers. Please choose the Local pickup option at the checkout and you will receive my email with the pickup options.

Your package will be ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days.

Yes, you can insert a different shipping address for the recipient of your gift at the checkout. Please also add a note on the bottom left or send me an email at info(at)zivazanka.com stating that you wish your purchased item(s) to be sent and packed as a gift. You can also write a message for the recipient that will be added to your gift.

Your gift will be neatly wrapped with no additional costs.

Most products have been made from soft natural materials, such as 100% wool yarn or 100% cotton yarn. Many yarns are Oeko-Tex (Standard 100) certified and some have a GOTS certificate.

If you prefer organic raw materials, select products made from GOTS certified yarn.

If you have sensitive skin or if you are allergic, I recommend choosing products made from Oeko-Tex certified yarn, which has been tested for harmful chemicals. These toxic substances in dyes can irritate our skin, trigger allergies or cause poisoning. In any case wash the products before wearing.

The majority of ZivaZanka Handmade items are machine washable (delicate, 30 degrees). However, the products made from 100% organic wool yarn should be hand washed.

For the products made from 100% wool only use wool detergent. For the lacy products washing in a mesh laundry bag is recommended. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron.

Natural and recycled materials (paper, wool, hemp etc.) are used for wrapping your item(s) and for the receipts, notes and envelopes. Your package is then placed in a padded paper envelope with plastic bubble lining to protect your item during shipping.

If you choose to purchase your item as a gift, some additional gift wrapping materials such as satin ribbons will be used.

Yes, the buyer is responsible for paying additional costs (such as duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees) that may apply. 

Products in my shop are ready to ship items and personalization is unfortunately no longer possible. However, I can make a custom product tailored to your wishes and needs (depending on the materials available). Please contact me at info(at)zivazanka.com.

Yes, I accept returns and exchanges of the ready to ship items available in my shop. Buyer must contact me and ship item(s) back within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. However, I do not accept returns for personalized or specifically made to order items.
