Access to and use of the zivazanka.com website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using the service, you agree to all terms and conditions, which may be updated. Access to the website is permitted to users only as short-term visitors of the website. We reserve the right to withdraw or change content without prior notice. We do not bear any responsibility for inaccessibility of the content or unavailability of the website for any reason. We also accept no liability or responsibility if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Order and payment methods

When placing an order, you can choose the following payment method at the checkout:

– Direct bank transfer – after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with details for direct bank transfer. The payment deadline is 8 days from the date of order confirmation. Please make sure to enter the correct reference number when making the payment.

Once the funds have been transferred to my bank account, your order will be ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping options

At the checkout you can select the following shipping options:

tracked standard shipping – free of charge;
express shipping;
local pickup – available only for Slovenian customers.

Returns

Returns and exchanges of the ready to ship items listed in the shop are accepted. Buyer must contact us by email at info(at)zivazanka.com in 8 days and ship item(s) back withing 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

However, returns of personalized or specifically made to order items are not accepted and will not be refunded.

Additional costs

The buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs (such as customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees) that may apply.

Purpose of personal data processing

When you use our services, we collect various types of information about you, such as your username and password, your contact information, and other preferences. We track what items you view in our online store, through which device and which of our offers sent via e-mail interested you. Based on this, we create additional data in order to be able to provide you with offers according to your wishes and to be able to improve our online store and services in the future. If you make a purchase or create an account with us, we also process your first and last name, your orders and the information you set in your account.

identification data, which mainly includes first and last name, username, password, and VAT ID, if you are a legal entity;
contact information, which includes personal information, particularly e-mail address, telephone number, address in particular, in order for us to be able to get in touch with you and perform the service (deliver the products),
your settings, which include information about your account, particularly saved addresses, profiles, subscriptions to newsletters;
information about your orders, which mainly includes information about the ordered services and method of payment, including the bank account number, as well as information about complaints;
